it has everything except for the antivirus why?
i am going to download avira free antivirus is that a good idea or not?

Don’t say Spybot! I’ve been using it for years and it’s gotten to the point where it’s just too buggy so I’ve removed it. I have a virus/spyware program that monitors the system but I want a back up for spyware.

I accidentally downloaded Personal Antivirus and I can’t seem to get it stop saying I have viruses. I already have an anti-virus program installed on my computer and it doesn’t say I have any viruses.

Is the AdVantage advertising software a spyware or virus program?
I downloaded a free trial of Winace. It says in order to receive a free Winace license I must download the advantage advertising software. I recently had a big problem with viruses and spyware on my computer so I do not want to go through that again. Is advantage advertising software going to damage my computer or create popups? Preferably something free, that will always be running to check is sites I visit are downloading spyware or other malware.

The program is called Antivirus 2008 and is not in the add/remove or in the program file to be uninstall. i need it off my computer because it is messing it up and it is not functioning properly

I just put my new computer online and downloaded avg syware and antivirus, I also have ada-ware and spy-bot insalled but I keep getting notices that my computer is infected eventhough I have used all programs and scanned repeatedly. Is there anything else I can do. Also with every warning the same anti virus or spyware programs keep coming up and I am wondering if those sofhtware manufacurers have the virus in there to get you to buy the program.

Some printers and publishing houses like one software over another. Is there one that formats the manuscript that makes it more compatable with this “electronic publishing”. How about ease of use. I have VISTA and I don’t like it.
